Numerous grounds, unfortunately the VRWC must have stolen my copy or I'd detail a few points -g-. Demonic domain ranges from secret negotiations w/Vietnam to kill peace talks ahead of the 68 US Prez election to micromanaging B52 carpetbombers in Indochina, thuggery in South America, etc. The author really pulled out all the stops, as the article must be at least 8000 words long (guess) and took up most of the issue. And it's just part 1 (part 2 will be in March issue). Worth a gander, but unfortunately seems only available in hard copy at the moment.
