Downtown Associates – and affiliates - owns approx. 2.85 million shares, or approx. 10.7%.
Looks like they added approx. 1.6 million or so in the last quarter, not just in November.

I'm sure those of you that looked carefully at the SEC filing(s) saw that. It wasn't "several million" purchased in November, as I posted. Jeesh. Thank god no one presently cares what anyone says about this stock.

The SEC filing names several entities which share voting power, including individual partners of Downtown. On first glance, I misread the filing. Here it is again:

sec.gov

I don't believe I was wrong about the 8-K and the statement of cash and equivalents:

sec.gov

"...The company anticipates finishing the year with a solid balance sheet, with more than $96 million in cash and marketable securities and minimal debt.

The company will be providing more information related to the quarter at the regular quarterly conference call scheduled for Jan. 30, 2001."

There are approx. 26.7 million shares O/S., so, roughly $3.50 cash and equivalents.

Ok, I'm finished; someone else read the filings and correct me.
