It's crystal clear why a guy like Jeff Marcus would take his valuable experience at "pos" companies like DoubleClick, KPMG, UPS and IBM and go to work for another "pos" such as Mirror Image. Jeff Marcus Brings More Than 16 Years Technology and Operations Experience to Internet Infrastructure Provider

(AMEX: XLA chart, msgs), today announced it has named Jeff Marcus to the position of vice president of operations. Mr. Marcus will lead the company's network operations and infrastructure team, ensuring the reliability of Mirror Image's services as well as overseeing the scalability and efficiency of its technical applications.
Mr. Marcus brings more than sixteen years of high technology, operations and engineering experience, most recently serving as vice president of Global Networks at DoubleClick, Inc., and managing global networks at KPMG.

He also managed the Network Planning department at United Parcel Service, where he developed its corporate networks, including the company's first national cellular data system. His engineering experience includes developing communications software at IBM, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Stevens Institute of Technology. |
