I mentioned the same thing in an earlier post today. I exited the last of my call option and stock positions today with the exception of SUNW, which I bought aggressively. That is my only holding right now, and it's got some basing to do so writing covered calls is exactly what I plan to do, unless it takes a big bounce for some strange reason and I just plain sell it.

As for taking a long extended vacation, I find it's best for me personally to just stay out of the market most of the time and just play it when it's going to one extreme or another. I don't see a crash anytime soon, and I don't see an explosion to the upside, so I will just sit on the sidelines for the most part and await a golden opportunity.
