Jorj, First, I have the same beliefs as you wrt to the chances that Cisco alters guidance.. however I do have one question regarding... I don't believe that CSCO will guide down. I believe that with JNPR's guidance, it would be akin to admitting defeat. Besides competition at the product level, I think that there is a competition for investor perception. I think you're right on about investor perception. However I think much depends on what is said on the cc and how any shortcoming are positioned. I think we all too often overweight earnings reports and underweight the cc... and then when the day comes it becomes clear that the cc has as much, if not more weight, than the actual report itself. You get where I'm heading here? OG
