True darwinism....only the fittest survive. There are many companies in short time on the nasdack graveyards: nasdaqtrader.com ......... btw I found a cheap online cigarette vendor. The carton marlboro, chesterfield, camel etc... goes as low as $17. Not as good as real "duty free" (was $9-12/carton), but still an improvement to the $30 domestic...
