According to GRC . . . 4/17/97 ORDER Ordered that initial motion papers pursuant to Markman v. Westview for construction of any claim at issue of U.S. Patent No.4,528,643 shall be filed no later than 6-27-97. Opposition papers by 7-25-97, and reply papers by 8-8-97 ( signed by Judge Barbara S. Jones ); Copies faxed to dft. (dh) According to this, final papers won't be in until 8/8/97. So how can they decide the Markman hearing?
