Their cash position would have been much less if they did not sell real-estate. Their sales is pathetic relative to the size of the company. Growth in sales is poor. Overall I don't see much to give me confidence in this company. BB and Coleman should be removed and the CEO position should be turned over to Covert. The manpower and other expenses should be trimmed by at least 25%.
I find it strange that CSCO, Nortel and other very successful companies are trimming personnel to keep up a healthy margin and poor performing companies like SGI does not see any problem with their overhead cost.
