Why has Koger dropped so. It looks like a big seller dumped a week or so ago and KE dropped as low as 14 1/8. KE looks good on paper. Its statistics show a strong balance sheet, a strong interest coverage ratio, dividend coverage in the normal range for an office REIT, and an above average growth rate. Dividend now over 9%. Is there a hidden problem?
