WILLOW PARK, Texas, Sep 8, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Ness Energy International, Inc. (OTCBulletinBoard:NESS) announced that an agreement had been reached with the Israeli Oil Commissioner, Dr. Charles Druckman, to re-enter the Har- Sedom #1 well and deepen that well to a total depth of up to 3500 meters. The agreement requires Ness to enter into a contract with a drilling contractor by the 15th of September, present that agreement to the Oil Commissioner and begin drilling the well by December 1, 2000 in order for the company to retain the Hesed license. The drilling contract has not been signed to date.

Ness Chairman, Hayseed Stephens, Assistant Chairman Bob Fowler and Vice President of Drilling and Production Operations Dick Kincheloe recently returned from Israel. During the trip the group met with the Petroleum Commissioner and his staff, Lapidoth Israel Oil Prospectors Corp, Ltd., the proposed drilling contractor and personnel from the Israel Oil Company, a joint venture partner in the project.
