WILLOW PARK, Texas, Dec 7, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Ness Energy International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NESS) President & CEO, Hayseed Stephens, today announced plans for a business trip to Tel Aviv, Israel. Accompanying Stephens will be Mr. Bob Fowler, retired Chairman of Enserch Exploration, Inc. in Dallas.

They will meet with partners in the deep Elohim Perazim #1 well, to be drilled next year at the Dead Sea. Meetings will also be held with Messrs. Luxemburg and Gill with Lapidoth Israel Oil Prospectors Corporation, Ltd. They will continue planning for the re-entry of Har Sdom #1 at approximately year end, and will make determinations of certain drilling procedures.

Meetings are also planned with Mr. Dodi Weisman, of the Alon-Dor Refinery Group in Israel. Preliminary talks continue concerning a joint drilling venture on the Massada and Hesed licenses. Stephens and Fowler will also meet with Israel Petroleum Commissioner, Dr. Charles Druckman. Mr. Stephens stated that he also hopes to meet with his friend, Ariel Sharon, leader of the Likud Party.

The Ness officials will return to Texas at week end, after meetings in England with additional Israeli and domestic investors. After arrival in Texas, Stephens and Fowler will meet with veteran driller, Mr. Dick Kincheloe, who serves Ness as Consultant on International Drilling Operations, and Mr. David Boyce, Director of International and Domestic Operations for Ness in Oklahoma City.
