WILLOW PARK, Texas, May 15, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Ness Energy International, Inc. (OTCBulletinBoard:NESSE) has engaged the law firm of Daniels & Daniels, PC to act as corporate and securities counsel to the Company. The firm has offices in Philadelphia with affiliated offices in New York and St. Louis. Richard Daniels has been a lawyer for over 20 years and is former associate counsel and director of financial planning for the Vanguard Group of investment companies. He also served as Associate General Counsel of the Western Company of North America, with more than 4500 employees and the company was listed in the New York Stock Exchange. Daniels' fields of representation include Securities Commission matters, public and private financing, mergers and acquisitions and international contract negotiation. The Board of Directors of Ness has authorized the issuance of 100,000 shares of common stock under an engagement agreement for legal services. This authorization is reflected in the Company's recent S-8 registration filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Ness announces Mark L. Bassham to the Board of Directors. Bassham is a Texas Peace Officer and a Minister of the Gospel. An eighteen year veteran in law enforcement, he holds the honor of being the youngest person elected to the position of County Sheriff, the top ranking law officer in any of Texas' 254 counties. He served as Sheriff in Hopkins County until 1990, when he was commissioned by the Texas Department of Public Safety as a Special Texas Ranger. Bassham joined the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers' Association as an Investigator. Assigned to a twelve county District in Northeast Texas, he investigates all types of agricultural crimes.

Mr. Bassham serves as Associate Pastor at Victory Temple Church in Enloe, Texas. He heads up the Church's cattle project with Canaan Land Restoration of Israel, Inc. The project will aid the State of Israel in establishing a beef cattle industry in the Holy Land.
