18-July-2000 Old NESS Press Release: Ness Energy Announces Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
TUESDAY, JULY 18, 2000 7:58 PM
- PRNewswire

WILLOW PARK, Texas, Jul 18, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Ness Energy International, Inc. (OTCBulletinBoard:NESS) announces the appointment by the Board of Directors of Mr. Bob Lee to the position of Chief Financial Officer.

The appointment fills the vacancy in the position created by the resignation of Ivan Webb, previous CFO, on April 28, 2000. Webb, who also resigned from the Board of Directors, cited time conflicts caused by numerous duties with other companies with which he was connected.

Bob Lee joined Ness Energy on December 1, 1999, when he was named Controller. He will continue to serve as Controller and Chief Financial Officer. He is a veteran oil industry employee, bringing thirty-four years of experience to Ness. He was formerly with Pride Companies, L.P., where he also served as Controller. He was formerly with Tenneco and Amerada-Hess.

Ness President and CEO, Hayseed Stephens, stated his appreciation to Mr. Lee for the fine job done as Controller since December, and for assuming the duties of CFO since the departure of Webb in April, prior to the Board's recent appointment in a full time capacity.
