04-Aug-2000 Old NESS Press Release Ness Signs Top Oil Industry Executives
FRIDAY, AUGUST 04, 2000 3:06 PM
- PRNewswire

WILLOW PARK, Texas, Aug 4, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Ness Energy International, Inc. (OTCBulletinBoard:NESS) announced that it has successfully engaged the services of two highly respected, veteran oilmen.

Ness Chairman and CEO, Hayseed Stephens, said, "We are thrilled beyond measure to have men with the stature and industry respect possessed by Bob Fowler and Dick Kincheloe join our company in crucial leadership positions."

Robert G. (Bob) Fowler will serve on the Ness Board of Directors as Assistant Chairman of the Board. He is owner and president of RGF Investments, Inc., located in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Fowler is retired from Ensearch Exploration in Dallas after an illustrious career. He served Ensearch in many capacities, beginning his career there in 1958. He was elected President and Chief Operating Officer in 1978, and was Chairman of the Board of Ensearch Exploration at the time of his retirement, a few years ago. With worldwide operations, he was responsible for exploration, drilling, and production of Ensearch, one of the strongest independent oil and gas companies in the nation.

Richard L. Kincheloe will serve Ness as a Vice President, and will be responsible for all domestic and international drilling operations. Mr. Kincheloe is also retired from Ensearch Exploration, Inc. after a highly successful career in oil and gas exploration. He served Ensearch in all aspects of its vast operations all over the world. He began his career with Ensearch in 1958 and was Senior Vice President of Offshore and International Drilling and Production at the time of his retirement.

Fowler and Kincheloe are credited with drilling the first wells in the world deeper than 30,000 feet. They also were the first to drill offshore in water depths deeper than 2,000 feet. They are credited with major energy discoveries on an international scale.

President Stephens stated that their knowledge and experience will be especially beneficial to Ness Energy with its Israel oil well project at the Southwest end of the Dead Sea. That deep test, the Elohim Perazim #1, will reach a depth of approximately 27,000 feet in 2001.

Bob Fowler commented, "I am always reassured when I see strong evidence, as in the case of Elohim Perazim #1, where biblical prophecy and science absolutely merge, as it has done here, at the Southwest end of the Dead Sea. There is strong scientific evidence that points to that same conclusion. This makes it unusually exciting to be involved in this project."

Dick Kincheloe stated, "It is exciting to be involved in a project like the Elohim Perazim #1 well in Israel. I have been fortunate to have been associated with deep and highly technical drilling projects throughout my career. As a matter of fact, at Ensearch Exploration, we drilled the first wells ever drilled deeper than 30,000 feet in the world, and to my knowledge, there have only been four wells ever drilled in the world deeper than 30,000 feet. We completed the deepest floating/drilling and production platform in the Gulf of Mexico in water deeper than 2,000 feet. It will be exciting to take this well, Elohim Perazim, to an expected depth of 27,000 feet. We look forward to this unique challenge."
