Bear Stearns 1/19 Commerce One (CMRC/$222Buy) mkt cap $4.3B Reports strong 4Q, raising estimates º We believe C1's network of marketplaces should generate significant revenue in the form of transaction fees and network services that should greatly improve the profitability outlook in 3Q01 and 4Q01 º Management maintained its break-even forecast of 2Q01 º In FY 01 we have increased rev. est. from $825MM to $925MM and in 1Q01 from $187MM to $210MM, and raised our EPS estimates for 1Q/01 from $(0.05) to $(0.04), and for the full year from $0.00 to $0.02
