Former President Clinton...is finally leaving Washington...I think he should have been more prompt with his departure. But it is obvious that he is having a difficult time with his time as president being over.

IMHO, I feel that right now, as President Bush leaves to attend the parade, that the TV screen should not be split between President Bush and Clinton. Clinton should have been gone from Washington before this time. Surely is a prime example of someone "rained on my parade!!!"
