That's a very good point, I think. AG certainly felt that the stock markets had lost all "fear" and had discounted macro "risks" and were only concerned with micro risks(those associated with a particular equity).

Of course, he was correct in some of his assessment, in that the market(segments) had come to resemble a ponzi scheme.
