Hi John - I think you are wrong. Naz listing is based on rules. It delisted VARL based on the company's failure to file financial statements with SEC on a timely basis. There are other listing rules too, so Naz can certainly continue to deny VARL relisting if the company fails to meet the minimum standard. It cannot arbitrarily deny relisting b/c you do not like Mr Pappas <VBG>.
