Heck if I know. I am thinking that I must, to have gotten that response. I am also having trouble getting into TWS. I downloaded Java Runtime, and I am not supposed to have to download TWS once I've done that. Still, I can't get past "applet loading" when I hit the "Trade" button. I am wondering if a firewall is causing me a problem. Thoughts? Lynn
