Could you please tell me the fundamental similarities between what happen to Japan and USA economy today?

Lines on the paper just don't happen by themselves!

Using what happen in Japan as prediction tool to what will happen in the USA is a very weak method at best. Furthermore, a note to the bears. If one is going to keep fighting last year war over and over and be in denial at the bottom just like the bears were at the top, they are destine to be left behind and playing catch up like so many fund managers are doing now. All one has to do is watch the tape and see how the drops are being bought to see the funds supporting this rally. Sure we are due for some selling, as happens in all rallies, and the amount of selling we get will be a very good indication of the health of the rally, but this rally is supported by more then just fund managers money. It's supported by an old bull argument, and it's tried and true. You don't fight the FED. Throw in taxes cuts and you have built in future psychological support coming to screen near you soon. Frankly, all one is seeing when one looks at a chart is past market psychology, which should be used lightly as prediction tool. I can't stress the word lightly enough too. As much as we might think we can, No one can predict the future more then a day or two out with certainty. <g>

Greg--Stepping off soap box. LOL
