Over the years I've not had a real deep interest in politics. I've watched, I've voted and always voted republican. In the last few years the behavior of those in power have sort of superglued my interest to the behavior of those that run our government and also of those that my family personally come in contact with. I give Clinton the credit in making me an EXTREME Right Winger. His actions and misadventures pressured me to grow up and attempt change if I saw the opportunity. Recently I had the chance to give a moral lesson to some of those dictating policy at my daughters school. Some subtle analogies to their behavior and those of the Clinton administration stopped a person of less than perfect character dead in her tracks. Interestingly enough, this private school, in a mock election, had nearly 80% of its staff vote for Gore. Time to keep my eyes open. And for the rest of us to keep alert for those close to our children. Shootie
