Hi Everyone

Best wishes for a Happy 2001. I haven't posted in a while due to a busy schedule at work. It's good to see some familiar names on the board. Yassou Theo! .

The previous year was wonderful for us die hard investors in MO. We
stood strong when the dot coms went crazy, and the florida suit threatened to bankrupt our beloved MO. We also saw a very close election settled , in our favour with George Bush as our new president. I am confident that he will drop the federal government suit against the tobacco industry. Our old economy washed up stock was the top performer in the DOW. I look forward to another good year, with the kraft IPO, stronger euro, along with a more favourable legal situation.

Thank you BIG MO.!

I will never forget the classic contrarian indicator of Business Week's cover story on "the most hated Company..."
You did it again Business Week!!

looking forward to a profitable 2001.

It's good to see that the solid research and analysis which takes place on this board paid off.

Also a big thank you to David Adelman, the analyst who correctly predicted that the florida suit would have no effect on the company.

Cheers

Demetre
