~protege: Good analysis... There is a difference between the technical picture at 3000 in December and now... stockcharts.com The Nasdaq was in a decline... It was below its 34 day MA... MoneyFlow was negative... Now, it's above its 34 day MA... MoneyFlow is positive... We also have expectations of future rate cuts... Also, earnings expectations have already been lowered... So, surprises are likely to be on the upside... The old Marty Zweig adage "Don't Fight the FED" "Don't Fight The Tape" continues to be a good rule of thumb... The 13 day MA is rising at a faster rate than in December... Any pullbacks will most likely be repelled at the 2600 to 2650 area... Jim
