Hi Lab - it is true that I only know part of the story --- and don't we all <g> --- that is why I ve used the word 'probability' in my original post . Indeed, I ve not read your prior post, b/c I was totally lost with your elaboration of the word 'sureptitous'. If you know something about VARL that others may not, just tell us <g>. It is true that KPMG has failed to restructure the books prior to certain dates, and if that is the reason for Naz to deny VARL relisting, then it will be a blow to us long. Personally, I just want to take things at their face value. If there is good news, my hope level goes up a notch sans illusion. If there is bad news, I will weigh it to see if I should liquidate my position. To me, 2nd guessing something beyond my understanding does me no good. However, if 2nd guessing what is going on under the cover is beneficial to others, by all means, keep up with the good work. Thanks

best, Bosco
