THE STAGE FOR A TREND REVERSAL!!! THERE HAS BEEN 2 OTHER LOWS ON THE 3YR
MONTHLY CHART BOTH WERE PIVOT POINTS TO A RUN UP I/E 9/99 LOW .02 CLOSED THAT
MONTH AT .16 THEN AGAIN IN 5/00 LOW .03 CLOSED AT .37 THAT MONTH!!! WHAT THIS
INDICATES IS A VERY STRONG POSITION AREA AT THIS LEVEL!!! DEC/00 HAD A RANGE
OF .08-.18 THIS MONTH WE HAVE A LOWER LOW I/E .0625 AND A HIGH OF .105 ANY
MOVE OVER .18 WOULD INDICATE A KEY TREND REVERSAL I/E LOWER LOW HIGHER
