Sergio and Doc. B. "ANIK, Ken did not like before" I still don't like it. They had to restate or should say re recognize income changing profit to a loss. They have a wider loss from the latest Q report compared to the prior Q on less rev's and higher costs. The only bright spot I see is the book value cited and the earnings gain for the 4th Q due to discontinuing agreements with Zimmer. However, the gain should be offset in the 1st Q as now they will have an inventory build up from that early termination of distribution. Unless the company finds some new distribution channel they are toast. I also don't like the new phase 3 trial they want to start. Phase 3's cost money and this one is not exactally cash rich with only 18mm sitting in the bank. TA wise the stock may get an ongoing pop, as the market is moving that direction anyway, but I would not try for more than about a 8 to 10% trade. Just too risky. Ken
