Greetings to all our subscribers:

In our last alert to you we identified two stocks poised to garner
investors with great returns for the year 2001: Infotopia (IFTP-OTCBB) and
Advanced Communications Technologies (ADVC-OTCBB). In this alert we would
like to bring you an update on Infotopia (IFTP-OTCBB) which may bring many
smiles to your portfolio next week if you do not already own this stock.

The CEO of Infotopia (Mr. Dan Hoyng) has stated publicly that a Nasdaq
listing is imminent in IFTP's near term future. While this has yet to be
officially announced, the CEO did state IFTP is pursuing a Nasdaq Small
Cap listing. Now with the stock trading at 16.6¢ as of the close on Friday
it is clear that it would not meet the listing requirements set forth by
the Nasdaq which dictates a minimum share price of $4.00 (average) for a
minimum of 30 days to qualify for a National Small Cap listing (Nasdaq
SC). The CEO also has clearly ruled out the possibility of a reverse split
to bolster share price. So how is a 16.6¢ stock to attain an enviable
Nasdaq listing?? The CEO hinted (''for those that have eyes to see and ears
to hear'') that a reverse merger with a larger Nasdaq entity is in the
works and that the next few press releases due out in the next 7 to 10
days would show investors where IFTP is headed and how it plans to get
there.

Infotopia is inline to generate over $200,000,000 in sales for the fiscal
year ending in 2002 and with targeted EPS of $0.246. Their recent
partnership with the now well know TV personality Jake Steinfeld of Body
by Jake fame may have rasied some eyebrows on Wall Street with other
direct marketing businesses listed on the Nasdaq. Their most recent TV
informercial of the Body by Jake ''BUN & THIGH ROCKER'' has been rated as
the best informercial by a well known direct marketing media agency. Of
added interest is that Infotopia has announced on Friday Jan. 12 a share
buyback program. Anytime insiders start buying back their own shares we
pay attention. There is no more bullish signal than a share buyback
program because it clearly demonstrates a company's faith in their own
stock. Infotopia is set to attain profitability in this quarter and those
results will be made public in their next 10K due out in Sping 2001. This
is a milestone for a company on the OTC with barely a year in business as
a public company. (IFTP went public in April 2000)

Though the company in the past has been somewhat slow to execute some of
its plans, we believe that the next 2 weeks investors will start to reap
some of the rewards of their patience. The stock had a spectacular run to
$1.12 from 30¢ in about 10 trading days (+267% return) back in September
2000 when we originally covered this stock (please see
stockreviewer.net ). On our last alert dated January
3, the stock went from 10¢ to 26.5¢ before settling in the teens.

With this news of a Nasdaq listing and speculation of a reverse merger
with a larger Nasdaq entity we feel this is the stock to play next week
starting Monday at the open. The news to back up this speculation is due
out in the next 7 to 10 days as per the CEO's statements.
