what do you think of the options repricing plan? too bad they arent offering shareholders similar type incentive. like "we are really sorry that you have lost so much money on our shares so we are issuing options to you to as well to stick with us" as we make sure we cover our employees misfortunes. wonder who is responsible for the decline in the share price of the stock? based on my calculations- as there are 39MM or so shares outstanding- this repricing will lead to at least a 10% early dilution in the outstanding number of shares issued. thereby all future eps estimates should also be reduced by 10%. Another case where the BOD of a company just dips into shareholder pockets. who do they represent? Glad I do not own shares in this company right now, and did not buy at higher levels.
