| Hi Lab - would you please elaborate on the heads will roll comment, thanks. Specifically, whose heads.
Also, who said the financial stmt prior to 1999 was honest mistakes? While I ve no interest in defending thecurrent mgt, and I think the spin on the stk going to the pink sheet was kind of absurd, my point is that some folks here keep beating the current mgt for the sin of the previous mgt. Maybe I am too self-righteous [a bad trait <g>!] but I ve seen enough to this misplaced emotion in our society and I don't wish people who do deserve such treatment to receive it. That said, I agree with you totally we shareholders should keep our eyes open. As a matter of personal opinion, I would extend this to other stks I hold, regardless of the reputation and size of the companies involved.

In conclusion, I think it is healthy to be skeptical in light of what has transpired --- and the previous mgt of VARL has no excuse, but pounding the current mgt unfairly only hurts the stk. Oops, I guess I am in the danger of advancing the conspiracy theory that trash talking a company will bring to the falling stk price <g>. Normally, I don't subscribe to this kind of theory. Besides, I like to see things as they are, if the previous mgt deserves trashing, I am for it. At least we feel better by venting. If the current mgt doesn't deserves it though, I am not going to aid the short <vbg>!

 best, Bosco
