Thanks for your response.

I live in Charlotte and heard so much about GEMS several years ago that I bought in the high 30's and sold at a loss but have followed the stock price since then.

I watched it go down to the $2's and back up to $30 last year. I decided to call investor relations when it was back in the $3's few weeks ago. The person I spoke with couldn't tell me anything that has not been made public, of course, but did say that management wouldn't be buying if they didn't expect the price to go up.

It seems logical that since Doggett bought 55,000 shares, he expects to hold long term for tax reasons. That indicates that he expects the price to keep moving up this time. Do you agree with my logic?

I'm now in with lots more shares than I previously held and have high hopes of doing well.

Please post anything you find and let's try to get more participation here.

I think GEMS is still a "buy" at the current price. JMHO
