Notebook ads are 100% Intel at various prices. If it weren't unimaginable, I'd conclude demand was outstripping supply for Athlons while PIIIs weren't selling. They must be clearing out 100/200 FSB Athlons prior to releasing 133/266 parts. It also looks like the truce is over and the price war is on for PIII.
