To All,
Has anyone spoken to Neville this week? I just put in a call (receptionist
said he's on a conference call); Neville has said he gets LOTS & LOTS of calls
from folks like us (me).
If someone has spoken to him, if you'd be kind enough to post here;
lurkers welcomed, I think we're all looking for info. Besides, this may
save Neville from returning 50-60 phone calls; plus the fact that I can
maybe go to the bathroom, no longer in fear that I might miss his
call.
Last week, Neville told me that he was meeting with Directors in next few
days (maybe that's the conference call he's on?). He said he was going
to push Directors to release all info possible.
Maybe he's already got some news re: when we might hear results of first 2 holes,
& of UPR's decision on hole #3 (and beyond?).
I'm also wondering what (if anything) has been done re: IMMM's last press
release where they "claim" they're working with retail brokerage community
to slow the short selling, and considering actions to force the short sellers
to cover. Seeing as how IMMM thought enough of this to put out a press
release, and thus far I haven't noticed the effect of their efforts, this
adds one more item to the list of "Reasons Why IMMM Investors May Be Getting
One Heck of a Tax Write-off in '97" (IMHO).
Like Tony, I hope I'm wrong. I'd rather be "dumb & rich" than "smart & broke";
since I've already got a pretty good handle on the "dumb" part, maybe . . .
