I agree, Bush has no obligation to bail out California. He should teach them the meaning of responsibility, as that is the compassionate thing to do. Let them pay some of their hard-earned money to show them what environmental whacko policies and socialism can do for them. What a bunch of bozos, expecting to deregulate without allowing market prices to move toward the equilibrium price. If enough of them go without electricity, and looting begins, a bunch of the fruits and nuts will be wishing they had never thought about gun control.knc
