| correction, oops I meant to say "I don't wish people who don't deserve such treatment to receive it." <g>. Specifically, I don't know how much more fortright Mr Pappas has to become before gaining thread's approval. I mean, while he is obviously doing this for personal gain, it doesn't make sense for him to stonewall anything. After all, why would he want to taint himself with allegation he has no business with in the beginning. OTOH, he has every reason not to [stonewall any investigation.] So, the implicit allegation that he is part of the conspiracy of the previous mgt just doesn't make sense. Is there a possibility that he is keeping the shareholders in the dark? Yes, it is possible. However, one reasonable explanation for this, if it is true, is that he is careful not to be caught in any compromising position. Not a heroic act, but can people blame him for exercising CYA since the company and possibly some of the previous mgt are subject to legal proceedings?
 best, Bosco
