are there some written policies? Where can I find them.

in the past sometimes it happened that I mixed up tickers and produced such bad prints ranging from 10% to 60% deviation (to my disadvantage). I've never managed to get such a trade boken even when I called the broker within minutes...the broker always claimed that the general disclaimer frees him from all resposibilities...)
