Agree with your statement. As a football better, and I use some of my football betting knowledge successfully in the stock market, I appreciate your football analogy. NO WAY, will anyone ever convince me that at least occasionally, the outcomes vs. the pointspread are not fixed. Too many situations subject to game-turning subjective decisions which affect the outcome of the game. If they were not fixed, I would not be able to successfully bet against the crowd, lean
toward the underdog, and kick the Book's Behind, year after
year. I ASSUME that the outcomes ARE fixed, and that
the betting public will most likely be robbed, so I analyse accordingly, with excellent results. BTW, I have articles
cut out of the papers over the years hanging on my bulletin board of successful prosecutions against "game fixers" to remind me of reality in case I forget!

BTW - notice how the betting public is jumping all over the
Ravens! How much ya wanna bet somehow, someway, they will not cover the points, if they don't lose outright!!!!
