I suggested that "The safest way ...may be through Qualcomm." I am not suggesting it is the "best" way. I don't know what that is but for now I am using Psion (for GSM land) and my Qualcomm (for CDMA land) as how I am doing this myself. To each his/her own.

Note: As you know, I do not consider Nokia "safe", so that would not be my way - but I respect your choice - for you.
