I've never heard the term "vagitarian" before, but struck me as intended as a putdown to you, insinuating two things:
that you are gay
that it's wrong to be gay

We know neither of these things are true, and for adults to be using the "You're queer" taunt is pathetic.

Women indeed do have great power. In addition to the examples you've given, it's been my experience that some people find a bright, outspoken woman to be very threatening indeed, worthy of blackmail and libelous cracks.

With regard to the drug use insinuations, there is no need to defend yourself. GZ made the same kind of scurrilous attack on me a few weeks ago (though less egregious than the one that targeted you today, IMO) and was forced to apologize publicly. I'm hoping you get the same kind of apology.
