Hi Chris, Don't know for sure but the ceo stated in his last email to shareholders that he expected the listing conditions to be met very quickly and likey before the Jan 31 deadline...and knowing the expertise of this CEO I would expect that to be accurate. It would not suprise me if we heard news of the Tier 3 listing as early as tomorrow, Monday, or at least during this upcoming week. What a transfermation this has been! IBIC now owns the land and has the full rights to the mining lease for 21 years, has a letter of intent for 5 million, full support of the Ugandan govt and will be listed on their stock exchange as well, minining infrastructure in place and more projects being developed as well! What a turn around story and a great one at that? Shareholders who held are going to be very very happy with this story!
