1) You don't really don't want to know. And your training
won't allow you to think outside directives.

2) What you fear most is the best weapon to use against you. For the Chinese Communists Falun Gong appears to be something they are afraid of.

Give the people McDonald's hamburgers and Mickey Mouse and the people will decide how they want to be reformed.

To avoid the Russian mistake they should adopt British law and use sophisticated survey methods for later partitioning of lands and minerals.
