We don't need no stinkin' techsters. EMC stock fundamentally powered long term on storage growth. Storage growth is the closest to uninterrupted growth there is in tech right now, I think. It also is appearing more and more to be the most untouchable technology WRT companies horning in on it. Cisco has some pretty good new competitors, especially in high end routers, but, other than IBM, Compaq in overall storage, NTAP the leader already in NAS, who is there that could threaten to take share from EMC? Brocade is getting to be a King in the switch area, Emulex doing well, but EMC hasn't gone there yet. Sun and Dell buy companies like Encore and ConvergeNet Technologies, respectively, and get absolutely nothing out of them.
I don't know, maybe there is a technician around here somewhere.
