Why should Bush have to solve a problem that he had nothing to do with, and to bail out states that turned their back on him?? haqi, This is the way it usually works. The Dems jimmy things up becausee their policies are based on Emotion. They FEEL that rate payers are paying too much so they cap how much a utility can charge a customer. They FEEL strongly about saving the environment so California has not added electrical production in 10 years. The REALITY is that there is now more demand than supply, and the utilities have carried the ratepayers as long as they can. The Utopia-crats focus on how things ought to be, and don't really care about how things really are. Thus, the disconnect. So to speak. <gg>
