That's the best economic analysis of any subject I've read in years. Thanks for posting it. It echoes a lot of what "The Economist" has been saying regarding the US economy - i.e. that a lot of our boom can be explained by net foreign inflow of capital. It's also eye-opening to compare such a lucid, detailed, well-reasoned treatise with the conspiracy theories that have been wafting about. -MB
