olduvai, have you heard anything about 300 mm going into mass production, anywhere? From looking at WFR's ba;lance sheet, it does not seem that they will be capable soon of doing anything about it, but I am more concerned about the other three, SEH, Wacker and Sumitomo. Do they have capacity in place? A lot of companies are announcing plans to launch 300 mm fabs, but I have no visibility of wafer availability for these fabs. If it turns out that there are no wafers in sight, that will put a major crimp of the semi-equip, since the expected savior out of this current downturn is supposed to be 300 mm and copper. I have no idea where to get info about those foreign companies. Zeev
