Is that really true? There's only one President, but currently the Senate is split 50-50 and the congress is very close. Clinton had a Republican majority to deal with and some would argue that it was the Republicans who really gave him a lot of the successes in his presidency. I believe that Bush will have to compromise with the Democrats on at least some of his issues. Hopefully, the country will benefit from the best ideas of both major parties.
