Chartseer, I agree with your assessment of the DJIA. Though it looks like a sideways trending market on the 50pt chart, if you look at bigger box sizes, it does look like a big ole rounding top. stockcharts.com I think that the next correction in the dow will be caused by the move back into tech with lower interest rates. I don't think that the DJIA is safe until it either corrects or breaks 11400 decisively.
