VIAJAR EN AUTOMOVIL EN URUGUAY. Las Intendencias Municipales de este pais, son una verguenza para el Mundo entero. Si usted viaja de un Departamento a otro, ya sea de vacaciones, compras, etc, etc, puede ser parado por Inspectores o policias de ese Departamento y se le puede exigir documentacion que pruebe que usted realmente vive en la Ciudad que usted tiene registrado su vehiculo. Es decir, usted no es persona con libertad de salir a pasear dentro de tu propio territorio nacional. No creo que ni en Paises donde existia el comunismo se apliquen estas vergonzosas represalias. Que Gobierno tiene Uruguay, que leyes departamentales existen que han llegado a tanta absurdes? Despierte Uruguay, este es el año 2001, que piensan ustedes, señores gobernantes? Hasta cuando piensan apretar y angustiar a sus habitantes. Cuanto mas sufrimientos quieren darle a los uruguayos?
