Spore is still embroiled in discussions with the nasdaq listing committee. It appears that as part of the resume trading and continued listing requirements, that they agreed to have all the prior years amended 10q's done by Jan 15 (i believe) Well they missed that date and want it extended to Mar 30 I believe. So far no news from the nasdaq. All that said, I remain long & am looking to increase my position on weakness.
