Thanks for your reply, it was indeed very well presented...<g> you make good sense in much of what you say... I think far too much is being spent on the appeal process for the worst of criminals, surely that same revenue can be spent on feeding, clothing, and housing hungry families and the innocent homeless... my initial post was referring to a confessed cop killer who was observed in the act by several reliable witnesses, I think life in prison for these types is wasteful.....
