As a potential shareholder I would prefer a company whose BOD takes actions to keep shareholder morale up- dont forget that the employees get new options every year anyway. I believe that repricing options is both unethical and immoral. there are plenty of companies out there that do not do such things. those are the ones i want to invest in.
